Large collection of Mapback books
Mapback is a term used by paperback collectors to refer to the earliest paperback books published by Dell Books, beginning in 1943. The books are known as mapbacks because the back cover of the book contains a map that illustrates the location of the action. Dell books were numbered in series. Mapbacks extend from #5 to at least #550; then maps became less of a fixed feature of the books and disappeared entirely in 1951.
Large Collection of Pulp fiction books
Pulp fiction refers to a genre of racy, action-based stories published in cheaply printed magazines from around 1900 to the 1950s, mostly in the United States. … Magazines featuring such stories were typically published using cheap, ragged-edged paper made from wood pulp.

In 1756, During the “Seven Years War”, a sea battle between the English and the French fleets, off Minorca, led by English Admiral Byng.Damage was so bad that no ships were sunk on either side, but the damage in which some of the ships received, seemed to demand a return to Gibraltar for repairs. On arrival, Admiral Byng was sent home, put under arrest and tried by court martial and then shot. These original drawings, ink on linen, were used as evidence at Admiral Byng’s trial. They indicate the position of the English and French fleets at different times on the 20th day of May, 1756.
